Understanding the Difference

CLEANING

Removes visible soil, debris, microorganisms, and organic substances from surfaces. Does not eliminate germs but may reduce their numbers.

SANITIZING

Reduces bacteria to levels deemed safe by public health safety standards, decreasing the risk of infection. It may not kill all viruses.

DISINFECTING

Eliminates pathogens and disease-causing microorganisms, except bacterial spores.

LOW-LEVEL DISINFECTANT

Kills almost all vegetative bacteria as well as some viruses and fungi, but not bacterial spores.

HIGH-LEVEL DISINFECTANT

Eliminates all microorganisms except for small numbers of bacterial spores. It’s only capable of killing bacterial spores when used in adequate concentration under suitable conditions.

HOSPITAL-GRADE DISINFECTANT

Approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use in hospitals and other medical facilities. Destroys viruses and fungi as well as many known infection- and disease-causing bacteria.

Location

We maintain commercial properties located from Tallahassee to Pensacola; Which includes Panama City/Lynn Haven, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and DeFuniak Springs.

Customers

The type of properties we manage range from offices, banks, utility companies, car dealerships, health care facilities, theaters, restaurants. We also maintain larger properties that require day porters and provide on-site management.

Our general cleaning services include but are not limited to dusting and polishing all areas, trash removal, vacuuming and mopping, kitchen & break room maintenance as well as sterilizing bathrooms. We provide cleaning supplies and paper products. Specialty cleaning agents for those with sensitivities to scents and other allergies are available.

Specialized

We use automated floor cleaning equipment for larger spaces and HEPA filters/bags in our vacuums. Specialized cleaning services include:

  • Building/Facility Disinfecting using EPA and CDC standards, fogging devices, and Electrostatic sprayers
